An executive office offers a dedicated office space in addition to shared amenities such as:

Business owners can rent less space for an office and use the common areas which are included.

An agreement for space can be from month-to-month to 6+ months.

Similar to a hotel, executive offices are furnished and include artwork, internet and phone.

There is one price for everything!

As a result, an executive office is an affordable and professional option without long term commitments or huge start-up costs.

MANAGEMENT

The Management team at Executive Offices Las Vegas at Lindell Professional Plaza is comprised of seasoned technology, marketing and sales professionals.  They have a combined 30+ years experience in the real estate and office solutions arenas. Therefore, the team is well-versed in businesses’ facility and service needs.

Client Services staff members are dedicated professionals responsive to and capable of meeting your business needs. We learn your business so that we may best partner with you.

FACILITIES

The facilities are centrally located.  For example, Executive Offices Las Vegas is a short ride west from the world-famous Las Vegas strip. Similarly, nearby are the Palms and the Rio hotels on West Flamingo Road and the TI hotel and Fashion Show Mall.

After touring the facility and submitting your rental application for the space of interest, you will receive a lease agreement for your review.  

A completed and fully executed lease agreement with one month’s rent security deposit will get you the keys to your office!

Executive Offices Las Vegas facility is located in unincorporated Clark County in a building zoned Commercial Professional (C/P), for administrative use only.

Refer to Clark County Business Licensing for business licensing requirements, etc.

A tenant of the Executive Offices Las Vegas facility has 24/7 access privileges.  That means, while office staff may not be on site, you can enter the premises with your code access.  

The following list is observed for closures and modified hours. A tenant can access the office when the facility is closed.

We offer the optional service to have your assigned phone number and business address listed with the local 411. There is a one-time setup fee and monthly listing charges.

All tenants receive a dedicated phone number.  We will live answer/screen/forward calls as you instruct us.  This will allow you to decide whether to accept the call, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:00pm local time (except holidays) or we can take a message and email it to you.

Each tenant is assigned a specific phone number that is tied to that company alone. We use intelligent software and other technologies and processes to identify your number and bring up all the information you provided on the Receptionist’s screen when your number rings. It is apparent to the caller that he’s reached YOUR company.

For the majority of tenants, there is no additional charge to services unless:

MAIL FORWARD

If you need us to forward your mail, forwarding charges are incurred.  Otherwise, we place the mail in your office.

GOING OVER THE INCLUDED AMOUNT

Meeting room and copier overages may also be incurred if you go over.

LONG DISTANCE

Continental US calls and faxes are included however you will incur long distance charges when you make international long distance calls on our phone system.

RENT LATE FEE

Rent is due on the 1st but if received after the 5th of the month, there is a 5% late fee.

We can be your designated drop off and pick up spot for your clients.  

Our staff can accept your deliveries from FeEx, Amazon, UPS, etc.and place them in your office. 

When we sign for a delivery, we email you a notification.

The Company phone numbers that are assigned to your account are the property of our telecommunications service provider for which you purchase the right to use through our Service Agreement. The number(s) is(are) yours strictly during valid and active account term(s).

If you vacate the premises and change service level to a virtual office, you can continue to use the same number. 

You can also retain the number if you are no longer on site by subscribing to one of our phone answering packages.
